Hey to you all out there in internet land...I realized I haven't introduced myself yet! My legal is Corbin, but my boys call me Bin. By now you've realized that I'm pretty much obsessed with Amsoy. Hey, I decided that I shouldn't just keep my love of it to my self, so now I'm sharing it with the world too. Now for a little about my favorite place in the world (other than being with my beautiful wife, Jess - you should check out her blog too)...

Yea, I've got me a little food truck...nothing spectacular, but it suits me well. I've been in business for about 3 years and I love getting up and going to work everyday. I'm a lover of food, and I'm always stoked when I can turn others into the same. From down home country cooking to Asian cuisine to the best lasagna you'll ever lay your lips on, I tackle it all. I enjoy putting new spins on traditional dishes. Reinventing the classics is kind of my thing.

If you have a dream, don't ever put it on the back burner. That's one thing I've learned from my parents. They both have well paying jobs, but they're not doing what they would LOVE to be doing. That's why they have always pushed me towards doing what keeps me happy, not just what pays the bills. And here I am, 3 years into this gig and I haven't had a day yet where I cringe at the thought of going to work in the morning. The saying is true: "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life."

Just me and my girl Jess...
My wife is the number one reason I get up every day and do what I do. Not only to just put food on the table (no pun intended), but to create the space for her to explore the world at her own pace. She's an AMAZING stay at home wife, surfer and dancer who owns a dance studio not far from our home. She only teaches/works 3 days a week and she loves it. She loves having the flexibility of seeking out new business ventures, networking with other women at our church and in the community, and she's even thinking about going back to school. I'm so grateful that business is booming for me at the Little Cafe. Not only does that mean my dreams are coming true, but it more importantly means that hers are coming to fruition as well.
